Changes in assortment, packaging, design, prices, and technical specifications are reserved at all times. Our products are natural products. Color, taste, and consistency may vary slightly. By submitting the order, the customer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. The automatically sent order confirmation constitutes acceptance of this offer. Price changes, errors, and technical mistakes are reserved.
Unless otherwise stated, prices exclude shipping costs.

Orders are processed and shipped only after successful receipt of payment.
The provider reserves the right to reject or cancel orders without stating reasons.
6. Delivery
Delivery takes place within Switzerland.
Delivery times are non-binding and may vary depending on availability or shipping providers. Arti International GmbH accepts no liability for delays caused by shipping companies, force majeure, or customs procedures. We are entitled to make partial deliveries and partial services at any time, provided this is reasonable for the customer.
7. Transfer of Risk
Benefits and risks pass to the customer upon handover of the goods to the shipping service provider.
8. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are shown separately during the ordering process.
Additional customs or import costs for international deliveries are borne by the customer.
9. Retention of Title
We retain ownership of the goods until full payment has been received. If the customer acts in breach of contract, especially if payment obligations are not fulfilled despite a reminder, we may withdraw from the contract after setting a reasonable deadline and demand the return of the goods still owned by us.
After receiving the goods back, we are entitled to dispose of them. We reserve the right not to enter into a contract in the event of a negative credit check result.
10. Returns and Complaints
Food products and opened products are excluded from exchange and return for hygiene reasons, unless statutory warranty rights apply. Damaged or incorrectly delivered products must be reported in writing within 1 day of receipt. Complaints must be submitted by e-mail to info@aronica.ch.
